Students investigate community or national problems, evaluate existing policies, and propose realistic improvements. The project is fully aligned with Common Core ELA standards and includes detailed, unidimensional rubrics to assess research, proposal quality, media presentation, collaboration, and communication. Students present their solutions through one of three formats: a podcast, video, or slide deck
